Tango In The Taproom at Triple Bottom Brewing

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of dance, community, and great brews at Triple Bottom Brewing! Join us on Saturday, Feb 10th, at 6:00 PM for an all-levels tango class and stay for the milonga.

We transform the taproom into a beautiful dance floor. Whether you're experienced or new to tango, this event is perfect for everyone. Our talented instructors, Amy Yang and Kristin Balmer, will guide you through the steps and help you unleash your inner dancer. Try something new and learn something fun in this inclusive space!

Mary Etienne will be your Tango DJ for the evening and Andrew Yang will be your violinist playing the cortinas (musical cues to change partners) between tango sets during the milonga, the social dance starting at 7:00 after the class ends.

Triple Bottom Brewing, located at 915 Spring Garden, provides the ideal backdrop for this lovely evening. Savor the flavors of our handcrafted beers while indulging in Jezabel's Modern NorthWestern Argentine Menu. Cider, Wine, Cocktails, Mocktails, and NA sodas and seltzers are also available.

Do you remember the 80's gameshow Love Connection? Neither do we. But thank goodness legendary sustainability gameshow host Ric Resposito does and will be making a special one-night appearance in Philly to channel the ghost of Chuck Woolery as he gets Philadelphia to fall in love with composting. Contestants will be Tim Bennett of Bennett Compost, Dave Bloovman of Circle Compost, and Colleen Falicki of Back to Earth Compost. Sorry to disappoint, but no one will be going home with any of these lovely soil makers. Instead, the audience will swoon over the knowledge these composters impart about how awesome and easy it is to compost in Philadelphia. And who knows, maybe you'll be leaving a bucket outside in the morning ;)

Anyone who signs up with a compost company of their choice gets a free drink!

But even if you don't sign up, there will be plenty of tasty Triple Bottom beers on draft or in bottles, not to mention cocktails. We hope you can make your compost connection!
