We’re Triple Bottom Brewing, a woman-owned brewery and certified B Corp. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve been a fair chance employer — creating jobs for folks in our communities who face barriers — in addition to brewing great beer.

Our Future of Service Apprenticeship is a paid 16-week leadership development and job training program for people impacted by the justice system or housing insecurity. Our apprentices are remarkable, and it’s a total honor and joy to work with them to build life skills, get real work experience, and secure long-term living wage employment. Lots of people ask us about our name. It means we have a triple bottom line — we measure our success based on our impact on people and the planet, not just profit. We call it beer, people, planet.
